小时候最喜欢吃的就是炸蕉叶，（我们叫炸麻叶）童年的美食。
用面粉，芝麻粒，盐，拌一起揉成光滑的面团，软硬适中，用擀面杖杆开，尽量杆薄，越薄越好，炸出来蕉叶就越酥脆，用刀划开成菱形状。
油锅烧热把面叶放锅里，翻一下，炸至微黄就可以了出锅了。芳香四溢，味道香脆，酥脆可口。
