单数名词 or 复数名词 are
如果把句子变为一般疑问句,也就是把be动词提到前面,那么变为is
所以注意一点：如果是陈述句,靠后面近,用复数
如果是疑问句,靠前面近,用单数
例：Either you or he is going to HK.
改为一般疑问句式：Are either you or he going to HK
either or就近原则的用法都有哪些？
either...or...连接两个主语时，其谓语动词应与最近的一个主语在人称和数上保持一致。变成一般疑问句，助动词形式与主语you保持一致。
一、either or就近原则
就近原则也称“邻近原则”“就近一致原则”，即：谓语与靠近的名词、代词(有时不一定是主语)在“人称、数”上一致。
either…or…“不是……便是……,或者……或者…….”动词与临近的主语保持一致。即 “就近原则”。
Either you or he has to go Either he or you have to go.
Neither you nor I am right . Neither I nor you are right.
