1.先到当地街道办事处开证明2.再到当地民政部门提交申请3.等候通知备注:要有准备材料,例如:社团组织创办宗旨、章程、发起人详细资料等1.50人以上2.活动场所3.3万元活动资金的帐户然后最重要的是主管部门，你必须先找个主管部门才行，比如成立省级艺术社团，主管部门就是省级党政机关（文联），如果你成立的是省级个体户协会，那么你的主管单位就应该是省工商局~~~这个比较难~~主要主管部门同意了，你到民政部门去登记就行了`1！~
