more没有比较级，它本身就是比较级
1、more 是many和much的是比较级，most是many和much的最高级。

4、the 比较级 of词组：
Lucy is the taller of the two girls。（两个中较……的一个）
5、比较级形式表达最高级含义：比较级 than any other 单数名词：（比其他任何……都……）
Lucy is taller than any other girl in her class。 露西比班上任何一个女孩都高。（即露西是班上最高的女生。）
二、特殊用法：
1、more and more。。。（越来越……）
Lucy becomes more and more beautiful。
2、the 。。。， the。。。（越……就越……）
The harder we work， the more progress we will make。
3、比较级前可加much，a lot， far， even， still， a little， no， any等表示程度的词来修饰。
The job is far more difficult than before。
4、more和less用作代词，与某些可等级名词搭配：
He is more/ less of a sportsman than his best friend。
He is more/ less sportsmanlike than his best friend。
5、表示倍数的比较级用法：

关于more和another用法区别？
一、具体含义不同
1、another two的意思是另外两个，强调的是除了前面数量以外，还有另外的两个。
2、two more的意思是又有两个，不确定是不是还有其他的。
二、用法不同
1、another two一般接时间性名词，在句中充当时间状语。
如：Your flight will be delayed for another two hours, sir.
先生，您的班机将再延迟两个小时起飞。
2、two more则后接物，在在句中充当名词短语。
如：They had reckoned on a day or two more of privacy.
他们曾确信可以多保密一两天。
三、侧重点不同
1、two more侧重于用在句首。
2、more two侧重于用在句中。
